Classes are intimate and spots are limited.  We require online signup for all classes to ensure your place.


Please try to arrive on time.  NO one will be permitted into class 10 minutes after the  start time.NO EXCEPTIONS!!

This is a courtesy to the entire class as it is disruptive and jeopardizes your safety as well as the flow of the class.


TRX Stations: (Sweat factor: 5)

This time-based, high intensity, multi-station training class will push you to find your inner athlete with a series of stations ranging from sand bags to battle ropes to medicine balls and of course the hero's of the training center; TRX Suspension and TRX RIP Trainer.


TRX TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT: (SWEAT FACTOR: 5)
Combination of upper and lower body exercises for a total body experience that will challenge you mentally and physically.


TRX STRONG: (SWEAT FACTOR:4)

YOU might be strong, but are you TRX strong? Push your strength to new levels in this rep-based class.

TRX BODY BLAST CIRCUIT: (SWEAT FACTOR: 5)
Total body workout with a cardio emphasis that is timed based.


TRX RIP FUSION: (SWEAT FACTOR: 4)
This is a 30 minute class that combines the TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer. It is an excellent way to work your abs, back, legs, arms and obliques. Get an intense metabolic workout that will prepare your body for the challenges you will experience in sports and in life.


TRX RIP LEANER FASTER STRONGER:(SF: 5)

​This class uses the TRX Rip Trainer. It blends 13 strength training exercises with fast-paced metabolic conditioning, to help improve power, speed and strength through 4 high-intensity rounds that delivers results and gets you fit fast.


TRX SPORTS CONDITIONING: (SF:5)

Whatever your sport this class is for you! Build up your power, endurance, core stability, speed, agility and strength.


TRX for WOMEN: (SWEAT FACTOR: 4)

This class is designed to focus on those problem areas that haunt women. It will take the jiggle out of your wiggle, LADIES! 


TRX RIP PERFORMANCE: (SWEAT FACTOR: 5)

This workout taxes the whole body with a special emphasis on core strength, balance, agility and cardiovascular fitness. Using the TRX Rip Trainer.


TRX RIP POWER: (SWEAT FACTOR:5)

This 45 minute, full-body workout will help you develop strength, power and speed. Five rounds of coordinated movements that can be adjusted to meet the abilities of each person.


TRX MASS: (SWEAT FACTOR: 4)

This class will use the TRX Suspension Trainer to ignite your pursuit of size, power and functional strength. You will build muscle and develop total-body strength.
